  1. Happy to report....

    I'm very happy to report that my hair has stopped falling at an alarming rate! I think the falling hair was caused by some vitamins or minerals deficiencies in my raw diet.

    Now, I'm consciously eating close to one pound of greens, half a cup of nuts/seeds and one tablet multi-vitamin everyday. I will soon try to eliminate the multivitamin to see what would happen with my hair.

    I have to mention that I'm so in love with my sesame seed chocolate milk!!! I had eaten ...

    I want to continue to be able to ski, walk my dog, swim. And I want to hike up Mount Fuji one day, I need healthy bones to do that!!

  3. eat to set example for others

    My sweetie these days is eating just a little meat, but a lot of fruits and raw vegetables. They said it is easier to change a man's religion than his diet; I've talked to him about meat-related health problems, the structures of human's teeth, The CHINA STUDY, destruction of protein, vitamin by heat....etc, he did not buy any of it.   4. cucumber soup

    I juice two big cucmbers and 2 carrots, add pinch of sea salt and dash of oil to the juice to use as my soup base, add shaved sweet corn kernels and diced tomato to the soup. It was so cooling. All this only took 10 minutes (including cleaning up)

    It's so hot and humid, I ate a whole water melon for lunch today.

    Dear Starfire, you are probably right about Biotin. I looked it up---Biotin is rich in eggs, brown rice, milk, peanut butter, swiss chard, almond. When I was a vegetarian eating all the bad vegetarian foods that included a lot of brown rice, eggs, peanut butter and yogurt, I did not lose any hair. I haven't been eating any of these and I am not eating enough of the raw biotin-rich foods like almonds. I will take biotin supplement. Like always, thank you for the advice. You're the BESTEST!!!!! ...
