    the roller coaster called.... LIFE...

    Yep... life... sometimes we're UP .... sometimes we're ... well...

    In January of this year I went to Maine and was blessed to meet Alissa and Elaine... I sat and learned so much from them and my fellow classmates EVERY day... and I walked away filled with joy and felt so empowered and ready to tackle the world ... and then began the roller coaster ride called life...

    it seems like it's been one thing after another since January ...

    ... Interesting times… interesting phase of growth and realizations… It’s been almost a year raw for me…
    A year of traveling down this road – discovering who I really am…
    who I HOPE to become…
    who I WANT to become…

    uncovering fears ~ hidden by bravado…
    truly reaching deep into the souls of my eyes and pulling out the truths that have long laid dormant shrouded in the shadows…

    it is time to blossom…

    Doooooin the HAPPY DaNcE!!!

    Well... my dear Rawbies... I can now explain my silence for the past few weeks...

    Since the car accident - I have been dealing with pain and all that -- but what i did not share with everyone is that the x-rays showed what looked like 3 verterbrae that possible had been 'consumed' with cancer -- bone cancer in the spine...

    so - I've been tucked into my Lord - and spending time in 'healing mode' and staying postive and BELIEVING IN THE BODY'S INFINITE ...

    AloooooHAaaaa Rawbies....

    I did make it to the scheduled Pot Luck and gave my speech... along with my "Sava da Flava" ;) taste testing session... (that's Hawaiian pidgen for ... Savor the Flavor! ;) )

    Here's a picture of my hula sister Tracee helping me set up! She's such a sweetie! and the building is Mohala Pua Garden Center - a glass building /nursery - very cool place. EXCELLENT LOCATION -- RIGHT off the main road and fabulous parking!! ...

    interesting analogy....

    I was reading my horoscope this weekend and it had the most interesting analogy that for me -- sunk very VERY DEEP.

    For those of you that have ever had a tattoo -- you know that the pain is very unique - and of course depending on WHERE you get the tat -- the level and intensity of the pain varies.

    To describe the pain - I would say -- Imagine a searing hot scapel 'slicing' into your skin. It's a 'burning' sort've pain... not a 'broken bone' kinda pain. When the ...
