Thanks StarFire. Everytime I eat something cooked now I get a headache. You know what, I'm glad. That will keep me raw. Once a week I have been allowing myself something cooked to keep me going. I don't think that I will need that much longer. I don't like the headaches and I don't really miss it anymore. Hurray!!

I will try but I haven't been doing so well today. Got a headache because of my bad food choices. Ugh. I am striving for 75% today and I will strive for same tomorrow until I get back to where I was. Thanks for the encouragement.

If you eat raw all of the time and then have a little something else, your body will hardly notice the bad. If you eat "stuff" all the time and then have a little raw, your body will hardly notice the good. You've been treating your body to 12 days of pure goodness, go twelve more starting from this moment. :-) Keep it up! I've done two challenges in the past, and am ready to start my third on March 1st. I hope I keep such a positive attitude as you do should I slip up!

Good, glad it helps. This is my second go at it so don't give up. Just do it for the right reasons. Before, I did it as a quick weight loss plan but now I am doing it for health reasons. If I lose weight in the process great, if not, so what. I am striving for strength, endurance, and good health!!

I don't have a dehydrator and I kind of prefer to stay away from dried foods. I have tried flax crackers before and I hated them. I prefer fruits and veggies. I eat nuts and seeds only a couple of times a week and then only a small handful. I don't go in for the gourmet stuff. And believe it or not, I HATE avocados. Bleck!!

I really like Doug Grahams program too. It's so common sense and easy.

Have you tried Kale dipped into Snowdrop's Raw Ranch dressing...OMG ....soooo good!!! and if you have a dehydrator -- Chrissy's goddess Chips made with KALE are FANTASTIC!! When I make those - my husband eats them right out of the dehydrator --BEfore they're completelly done!! But they are soo yummilicious!
