    today is June 22 and i have been away for awhile. I tried a hard core exercise class and quit after 3 weeks, blamed it on a bruised tailbone and never went back.   2. Day 1 (AGAIN)

    I fell off the wagon for a few days, 5 days to be exact. UGH!!!! I don't even remember why, oh ya, a going away party for a friend, not being prepared. My mind became drugged with SAD that I let my guard down. The other day we went shopping and I felt like my head was in a fog, miserable. But I'm back and not trying to think about the past because there is nothing I can change about it except to learn from it. I get Alissas RAW oats today and I can't wait.   3. Day 4

    Four days RAW and I feel great. My clothes aren't tight, my complexion is getting better BUT I started craving bread (toast to be exact). So i'll eat my watermelon and hope it goes away. I ordered Allissa's RAW oats but they wont get here until the 10th. And I have a confession, I had a cup of rice last night. Maybe that's why I'm craving toast today. Live and learn

    yesterday was pretty successful. Im beginning to transition my daughter whos 7 years old and has an insatiable sweet tooth. We went out to dinner and I ordered her fruit instead of fries, they brought the fries anyway so I put them aside. She ate all her fruit My husband I have to do more subtly, so he always gets a big salad with dinner, and I lightly steam the veges so there neither RAW nor "cooked".   5. anyone else achy?

    Although I feel great knowing I'm accomplishing something good for me, I feel achy all over, and tired too. I dont know if I'm coming down with something or these are symptoms of my body transitioning from SAD to RAW. I geuss it would make me feel better if it were the later. Thoughts???
