But within the past two or three mornings its actually helped a lot with my movements and the cramps have ceased. sounds like you're doin great! I'm in the middle of the MC as well. . . So i wish you all the best. From what I've read Celtic sea salt is preferred for this cleanse. I'm personally doin it with himalayan salt just cause I'm over stocked on it right now.

Yes your next 1st day will be awesome! I did the MC in January and it helped me to stop smoking and cleaned a bunch of 'gunk' out of my body! My job is very relaxed and I could go home and take a nap when I needed to. The owner of the Company is a real blessing and very understanding. Since I've gone raw - if we need to entertain Clients - he always makes sure it's at a restaurant that will accomodate my lifestyle! You'll love the MC ;) - blessings!

Well - when you DO decide to continue MC -- you'll love it ! I did it in January and it helped me to quit smoking - it was awesome. But I understand about the work thing - thankfully - I live close to work - and my boss doesnt care if I go home or whatever - so the demands upon me were minimal. Good luck! (oh and have you heard of mucoid plaque ? do a google search on it - it's gross!)

thank you guys sooo much! i took all of your advice. I got some avocados and made sushi yester day. Yes i cook the rice but i know i cant be 100% raw without quiting right now. So like rawbeliever said i'm going to work my way into raw slowly. And Dj 247, i think fast food is a drug! i think they put something in that stuff!! hhaha. veraleeveralee i bought everything you said and i feeling much muhc much better! what would i do with out this board!

Fast food is a habit. This is how I broke that habit. First I quit eating fries. After I got over not eating fries I quit eating hamburgers and started eating chicken or fish. Then I dropped the chicken and was just eating fish. After that I started drinking water instead of soda. This was key to nixing cravings for carbs/fats. Now I find it is not worth waiting in the drive-thru for a fish sandwich and a water. lol

Get yourself some avocados, some mangoes, some bananas, a few nuts, some strawberries and apples and pears. Eat.

Instead of looking at it as depriving yourself of the other food, look at it as nourishing your body with as many phytochemicals (stuff from plants) as you can. Think about your cells, longing for those wonderful nutrients, and all jumping with joy when the good stuff comes down the chute for them.
That's what I'm tying to do, anyway. :)

yikes! Stay strong, Nickiepinks. You might want to consider transitioning more slowly. 100% raw is hard. Really hard. For almost everybody. (Although it's been my experience that it's also totally worth the trouble and difficulties). Some people find it works better for them to move into it more slowly, over a longer period of time. I think the Boutenkos wrote a book that involves transitioning: 12 Steps to Raw Foods.

Anyway, best wishes & keep going, it really is worth it,
    Robbie
