    your friend's comment made me laugh. For some reason I get PITIED about being raw???? My SIL is *very* skinny and eats like a linebacker. She's forever saying things like "Oh! How can you resist this pie and that cake? " blah blah blah-and I think to myself-"Easily!" sigh. ;)

When I need to confront someone I always try to remain composed and I end up crying which I find really embarrassing because it reminds me that one of the reasons women were kept out of certain jobs was because they were deemed too emotional. it's ok to talk about poop, we all do it, even Oprah talked about her's on national TV. it's a good thing, it's cleaning, i love it! i don't think you need to do a cleanse just yet, the raw food diet is a cleanse in itself, especially if you have a ton of meds still in your system. the bloating will go away...then if you still need it, take it to another level with a different cleanse. i'm not doing a cleanse, just eating raw, and i'm detoxing fast, i can't imagine speeding that up...

    i didn't feel tired either. in fact, i've been waking up early every day. i HAVE been sore and had a runny nose, headaches, and old aches and pains have been noticeable. AND i've also been pooping record amounts. i have no idea where all this poop is coming from.

    I don't understand how fasting could impact your voice.. I saw where a few people had posted that today about going raw in general. I've done two fasts, 30 days and 21 days, and I'm 100% raw over two weeks and my voice is still fine, it hasn't changed. I wonder is there a scientific reason for why it would?

    [FONT="Comic Sans MS"][COLOR="Sienna"][I]Hi Jedi,
    It’s my experience that stuff like this often comes up for us to process when we’re in a safe and happy place. Could be you’re now able to deal with this trauma in a way you couldn’t before.
