  1. Day 1

    Well I fell off of raw and need to get back on. I was feeling fantastic! Now I feel like crap AGAIN! crazy crazy stuff! So here i am back to try again from square 1 and this time I'm not going to let any unsupportive people get in my way!

  2. Busy life... workouts.. and passing out

    Well I have been so busy for the past 2 weeks, its been challenging to stay 100% raw, but I'd say I've averaged 90-95% raw. I've been all over the place, very tempting places, and have kept my composure. For the most part when I did slip off the raw wagon, for a piece of candy, or some rice at a Sushi place that REFUSED to make rolls without rice, and my friends were making constant comemtary about my disection of the roll so I just ate the freakin thing...   3. March Break

    March Break makes it hard to blog... but not hard to RAW. Busy is still good on Raw food, because if you are in a big hurry.... you can literally grab something on they way. Yesterday on a way to a meeting I ate an entire broccoli and a bag of carrots.
    My hair is so silky people "can't help but touch it" I blame raw food :) I feel thinner although the scale has only moved 1 more lb. Stupid scale doesn't know anything... I live by how my clothes look and how I feel, and my ...

  4. One Hour Down Two to Go!

    Well, one hour of running down, two more to go until I have reached my goal of the week. I love this diet and the energy it gives me, it even seems to be helping the inflamation in my back. It hurts equal to when I take the stupid drugs. Imagine that... raw food works as well as Naproxin (sic) and Tylenol 3 and muscle relaxants. RAW FOOD ROCKS MY UNIVERSE!!!

  5. Day 10

    Went to my fiance's little brother's birthday party. I made a big salad becuase it was easy and yummy. I also tried Lara Bars... the cherry pie one is YUMM!
    The goal for this week is to add 3 hours of running to my fitness goals. Running is as awesome as raw food :)
    My nieces are visiting this week... we have all sorts of plans! This should be a great week!
