    Something strange I noticed this morning, after not eating fully raw yesterday, I woke up feeling awful-sluggish, bloated.

    I am starting anew today and am not going to beat myself up anymore.

    Black coffee and strawberries and 2 kiwi in the morning. Went to gym (finally, first time since December) and worked out for 52 minutes! I feel so awful today, I truly believe now that I am allergic to wheat and dairy. I had felt so great and then with my binge last night, ...

  2. Day 6

    I woke up and indulged in my black organic coffee, but I also played with my new juicer. I had wheatgrass and celery with 2 strawberries; strawberry juice alone, strawberry with lemons and raw honey. Then I ate a bowl of strawberries and 2 kiwis.

  3. Day 5

    Morning: black coffee, Lara Bar

    Today after my classes I go shopping for a new juicer and will come home and experiment!

    Afternoon: Handful of raw nuts and pumpkin seeds while driving to Costco to get my new juicer. I came home with the juicer and ate strawberries and kiwi fruit while I washed and disassembled the new juicer. I am excited to try it out tonight. I made Alissa's collard rolls-they are fabulous!!!   4. Day 4

    Morning: cup of black coffee, starfruit (first time I tried one). I liked it, strange flavors, crisp and juicy.

    Noon: dried fruits and nuts (raw, organic), Lara Bar (raw date nut bar I found they sell at my school--super exciting)! I also took some organic white and green tea capsules to perk up.

    Evening: 2 medium salads with avocado and homemade raw, organic salsa (I had been at school for over 10 hours and had 2 tests and 3 lectures-I guess I was hungry and exhausted). ...

  5. Day 3

    Morning: A young coconut, the milk and the soft fruit inside (tasted like a mild coconut custard), very good! I'll have to buy that again!

    Noon: Large salad with cucumber, avocado and homemade organic/raw salsa, peach

    Evening: large salad with Alissa's dressing, cucumber, tomato and a mandarin

    I feel a bit better today. Detox symptoms come in waves--maybe I just have the flu?

    I have two huge exams on Thursday, so I didn't exercise again ...
