  1. Day 10 of 30 @ 177.5 Part 2

    Ok so I have been thinking about that scale all day. So here's what I have decided to do. I'm gonna weigh myself ONE last time tomorrow and then I'm going to put the scale away in my car and won't get back on it until my last day...the big 3-0. If it's in my car I won't have easy access to it first thing in the morning when I get out the shower. Ok so tune in tomorrow for my last weigh-in blog :)

    177.5!! I only dropped half a pound in two days. How can that be. I'm doing everything that I am suppose to. Maybe this is why Alissa says not to weigh ourselves all the time. But weighing myself helps me to get through this diet. When I see my progress I feel good about starving myself and giving up those yummy foods like KFC. Ok I'm not starving but you guys know what I mean. So you see Alissa, I need to weigh myself. Even if it drives me nuts. Sorry girl. Is there anyone else out there ...

    DAMN KFC!! KFC is for sure the devil. I was doing fine today. I went to the supermarket today and got all my raw foods for the week. I was prepared. Then it happened. My happy self drove pass KFC and got a whiff. OMG!! Never in my life has that smell been so strong to me. I drive pass there at least twice a day and I can never smell the food from there.   5. Day 3 of 30- 185 Lbs

    So it's day three. Lucky day three. You know I was fine day one and two but this third day got to me. AND it didn't help that this week was girl scout cookie week at the office and all the cookies came in. I mean cookies were everywhere. I was a pissed. Very irritated.
