    Soaking some cashews this morn for my Yam bisque :)

    getting my dehydrator today or tomorrow I think!! Fedex ground... how long does that take?

    Feeling quite run down and zapped today. My day was very hectic. Didnt get as much done as I wanted to, but I think I need to step back and be calm...

    (more stretching and breathing today !!)

  3. Soup Feast, Day 2, updated

    Hi all --

    I slept like a LOG last nite! I dont know if it was the pumpkin nog or the exercise, but I feel very well rested, even though I put the snooze on a few times.

    Had the nog for my morning smoothie -- this time I added more nut milk AND 2 handfuls of fresh blueberries that I froze late in the summer --

    oooh wee!!! This was so yummy!! I will definitely be getting more berries today for the rest of the "Pumpkin Blue Nog".

    Just finalized my order for the 4-tray Excalibur... Im so excited!

    I know, you are probably thinking, that its super small, but given I am the only full-rawbie in the house with me and hubby, and that I will probably be keeping it in the basement, I thought I would go with the smallest one and just spend time practicing recipes.     Hi all -- I am organizing my own challenge of sorts to help me with my Operation: Puerto Rico goals :)

    So, I have 23 days to enjoy soups and smoothies as my major meals.

    Today, I bought some veggies in preparation for my feasting!
