  2. VATA food chart :)) ayurveda continued..

    since I tend to have an imbalanced VATA dosha, it is largely digestive issues dealing with air, or poor elimination/absorption/digestion. THis all reflects on the way I feel and my foggy thinking, as well as my tendency for overthinking and worrying.

    B vitamins are my friends and so are the C vitamins! I need LOTS OF these, and thank goodness I am eating raw so I dont have to take so many pills!

  3. ayurveda - my VATA dosha

    Ayurveda is a form of traditional medicine, based in India.
    I used to be very much into ayurveda, and just saw that I am not eating enough nuts for my constiution. I will post the chart of recommended foods and herbs a little later.

  4. triphala is a trip!!

    I am enjoying my raw blogging journey, can you tell?

    anyways, I did 40 min of Yoga and 30 min of Pilates today, and I FEEL GOOD!

  5. My "secret" blessings

    Happiness for 2007-2008! (positive visualization!!)

    I am so happy now that:

    1. I love to eat raw juicy fruits, tasty nutritious vegetables, sprouted grains, nuts and seeds all day long.

    2. I have graduated with my masters degree and am looking forward to graduating with a doctoral degree within the next three years.


    3. I am at my goal weight of 135 lbs and below 22% bodyfat.
