    Hi All!

    Well, I started re-reading Alissa's book again and it's amazing how much information you get out of it the 2nd time you read it!!! Alissa, please let me know if you're ever in Texas because I'd LOVE to meet you!!!

  2. Today going strong...

    Hi All!

    Today has indeed been a great day! I am happily 100% RAW!!!

    Breakfast: 1/2 of a Watermelon

    Snack: 2 flax Crackers with Banana/Honey/Almond Butter

    Lunch: Alissa's Collard Roll (YUMMY!)

    Dinner: Alissa's Corn Chowder with a Salad

    I surprised myself today...I didn't even eat ANY popcorn that everyone else had!!! I'm trying to take things one meal/one bite at a time. I am determined to stay ...

  3. READY, SET, GO!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey All!

    I'm sooooo ready to start the MAY challenge!!! I went to the store and bought enough RAW food to last me through the week!

    I am really fighting an addition to cooked foods!!! I am DETERMINED ***NOT*** to nibble today!!! It is very hard, though.

    I am reading Alissa's book over again (and listening to the radio shows!) and I know it will help me to stay focused on why I'm doing this. I want the best body I can build for myself and I want ...

  4. Fall off-get back on! I Commit 30 days!!!

    O.k. Everyone!

    I had to go out of town for a few days for a death in the family... I was doing great at first...brought with me some flax crackers, lots of fruit, almond butter, pate, salid, etc... But, by the 2nd day away from home, I ran out of Raw food and fell off at dinner time. I even threw up all the food once I ate it!!! Trust me, cooked food, even veggie cooked food, doesn't taste good coming up!!!

    I'm not happy about that, but I'm back home right ...

    For breakfast, I had some grapes/apples...

    for Lunch, I made some corn chips in the dehydrator today (for snacking later) along with some of Alissa's delicious basic flax crackers! For lunch today I made a Lentil/Corn Salad with a squeeze of 1/2 of a lime and olive oil (just basic today)...with black pepper... ...
