  2. The best I can do...

    Morning everyone!

    Well, I had to go to work on the airplane yesterday, so I tried my hardest to maintain my Raw diet, but I did not prevail! But, that's alright because I didn't do too badly. I had some Viet Noodle Soup and Spring Rolls. I don't seem to have a problem when I'm home, but when I fly it's difficult for me sometimes to find Raw things to eat. I'm going to review the section in Alissa's book on what to eat when I travel again. I do try to bring things with me, ...

  3. Moving right along!

    Morning everyone!

    Yesterday I am so proud to say that I stayed 100% RAW!!!!!!!!! I tried to maintain my focus, although I almost folded when I drove past a Subway! But, I'm happy to say that I kept right on going! I went home and had a Nori Wrap instead! Here's my menu from Yesterday:

    24 oz Green Lemonaide
    Some Pineapple
    2 Nori Wraps
    1 Large Avacado Smoothie

    TODAY:

  4. I'm sooooo sad!!!!!!!!!

    Hi everyone!

    Well, I've had a VERY CRAZY week! My hubby is on vacation, so we're traveling the world over! I've done as much as I can to stay raw, but I'm sorry to say I could not do it this week 100% as I wanted to. It was too difficult to do with so much traveling. I ate as many salids as I could, but it just didn't work for me.     Well, o.k.... I temporarily lost my focus when I got my menstral cycle again! I totally attacked hot wings and choc!!! But, now that I've regained my senses, I'm renewing my committment to RAW again. As you can see from my blog, I have the toughest time when I get my cycle....
