    I haven't eaten watermelon....since last summer! I WANT one so bad now! You got me thinking about it. Okay, that's it...I'm getting some today (along with more greens and fruits for smoothies).

    OOO WATERMELON!! Everyone keeps talking about watermelon - and for whatever weird reason -- I haven't seen not one in our stores yet!! NOT ONE!!! (as she faints!)..... BUT - glad to see that you're doing sooo well!!! RAWSOME GIRL! (oh and you'll love those enchiladas! ;) )

    It's so easy to be unaware of what you're eating. It's always good to think about before you put anything in your mouth, why am I eating this? Am I really hungry, or is it habit? Or am I bored? Often when we think we're hungry we're really thirsty, so I like to drink a bunch of water first, then if in 30 minutes I'm still hungry eat something. And I'm not perfect either, I do still cave in to cravings or eating when i'm not really hungry. I think it gets easier as time goes on.

    ooooohhh.... you can ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH GIRL LOL!!!! I am so pathetic when it comes to uploading or downloading -- i"m lucky I can blog at all!! Just go to the 'group room' set up an album and put it on there!

    OOOOOPPPPPSSSS!!!!! OOPS!!! The word "parts" was supposed to be "PARTY"!!! I just wanted to put the photos of the party here on my blog... I've visited other blogs where it has been done, but I don't remember whose blog it was!

    "download photos of the parts??" What parts?? are you taking photos of your body parts and trying to download those so we can see them??? ;) Personally I cannot download anything to this site - so that's why I made that 'group room' so I could have someplace to download (or upload - whatever ) photos! Then we can share them with each other. But - I'm not sure what you're talkin about there!! ;)

    ahhhaaaa ReneeH!! I can see how that can happen - it's so unconscience - we just reach and stick it in our mouths without even thinking! My gf did that yesterday - there are certain things we cannot eat because of Hula - one of which is cheese - and she started eating a sandwich and stopped mid chomp and looked at me with horror in her eyes and mumbled... 'whhat do i dooo?? there's cheese in here??' I just laughed and said - swallow it!

    Thanks for the encouragement! Today I haven't eaten very much...haven't been very hungry. Just been snacking on watermelon and nuts from time to time...don't worry, I'm watching my nut intake closely! Oh, by the way, I'm a flight attendant!

    Hey you Country hoppin rawbie -- what exactly do you do for a living that you are traveling the globe like that? Wow! that's cool ! Glad to see that the weight issue was actually your P, and so proud of you that you stayed RAW!! while traveling the globe!!

    Hey Starfire and everybody! Guess what!!! I figured out what my problem was... (drum roll, please) ...It's "THAT TIME OF THE MONTH!!!" That's all it is!!! It kinda snuck up on me this month! ;) No warning...no cramps till today... I am quite bloated...I guess I was just PMS'ing!!! BM's are O.k. (1-2 a day)

    Okay... I'm gunna ask the doodie question!! LOL!! How are your bms? If you are not having 1 to 2 bm's a day - you will retain that gunk inside you and retain weight. I know went thru a time when my bms were not regular and I not only gained weight -but couldn't lose it until I got my bms working properly. You can be eating the healthiest food in the world but if your bms are not working properly - you won't lose weight bcuz the poisons stay stuck inside you. ;)

    Hang in there, Renee! My scale hasn't budged in a week either! What really fills me up is a big smoothie for breakfast and a huge salad for lunch. After that, I'm rarely hungry for dinner. For myself, I'm trying to limit the heavier raw foods, such as the really rich dehydrated recipes with a lot of nuts. I always keep raw jicama on hand, which is crunchy and juicy and nearly calorie-free, along with being very filling! You'll break through... keep going!

    Hey ReneeH, :) the brocolli slaw is from the supermarket, has matchstick strips of broc stalk, carrots, red cabbage. The other products I order from Glaser Farms, their farmers market is on Saturday and I am always busy that day. So, I order it shipped over night. The carrot hummus is just ground carrots, olive oil, salt, garlic and parsley. i plan to have a go when my blender arrives. Good luck
