  1. No longer MIA... (Missing in Action) :)

    Hello everyone!!!

    Yes, I'm still here! And, I'm so happy to say, I'm still RAW!!! I've been having some computer "issues", but everything's o.k. now...

    I've been eating a lot of Onion Bread lately...really loving it. I've also been eating a lot of Nori Rolls and Salads. I love Alissa's cornchips with Guac and Salsa and her Collard Roll...YUM!

    I'm committed more and more everyday to the RAW lifestyle... I am planning to take Alissa's 5 ...

  2. Looking back...

    Hey RAWsters!!!

    I looked at my first entry today and can't believe that in 2 days this will be 4 months for me attempting to be 100% RAW. I've had a lot of ups and downs, but I do believe that this is the best way to eat and live and I'm glad I have stuck with it this long. I'm really looking forward to the end of September when I can see more changes because I'm really putting forth an extra effort this month.

    I am making some more of that DELICIOUS Onion Bread! ...

  3. RAW AT 35,000 FEET!!!

    RAWsome Afternoon RAWbies!!!

    So far, so good!!! Sept is off to a RAWsome start!!! I have even lost a few pounds since becoming more serious about my diet, which I totally LOVE!

    I took a Nori Roll with me and ate it at my gate at the Airport yesterday and boy, did I get some stares!!!! Then, another flight attendant came over with some greasy fried animal flesh from Popeyes and said to me... "I really shouldn't eat this, I know..." I agreed with her, yet ...

  4. Sept Challenge Full Swing!

    Hey RAW Peeps!!!

    Just checkin' in wit ya!!! Today I have had a Banana/Mango/Almond Milk Smoothie so far... Guess what? No CRAMPS this month!!!! I feel sorta tired, though...but, no CRAMPS and the bloating is significantly less! I'm wondering what I can do to make sure my iron intake doesn't fall too much, which could be why I'm feeling so tired!

    I'm gonna make sure I eat enough greens today, too. I'm gonna have to wait for this time to "pass" before ...

    Time to start the September CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED !!!!!!!!! I'm going for 100% RAW with Absolutely, Positively NOOOOO slipups!!!! I'm really going to try my utmost and stay in prayer so that I can accomplish my goal of 100% RAW with NO slip-ups for 30 days! I feel that I have gotten off to a great start a couple of days ago, so I'm just gonna continue to do it.
