    Hey Everyone!!!

    We had a GREAT day today!!! The "WE" includes myself and RAWSugarGal along with our Friend Ammie and her Mom (who has been RAW/Vegan for 5 years now!!!) They all so encouraging to me!!! We had a FABULOUS LUNCH at my house!!! We were sampling different RAW dishes!!! Here's the menu:

    RAW Lasagne
    Walnut Pate w/Onion Bread
    Corn Tortillas
    Nori Rolls (with Jicama)
    Salad
    French Toast w/Fruit
    RAW Cheesecake     ...

    Hey RAWbies!!!

    Ups and Downs this week...

    Hey Yau'll!!!! :)

    Well, I've had some ups and downs this past week... More ups than downs, but some downs none the less... It's still hard cooking for my family and not tasting the "goods"... Oh well, it's just something I'll have to endure until my kids get older...

    Anyway, here's a sample of my "RAW on the Airplane"!!! I took the recipe for Marinated Baby Bok Choy in RAWvolution's book and added my own flavor to it: Mushrooms, ...

    Time to clean out the frig...

    Hey everyone!

    Yesterday I ate mostly fruit...I had 2 Green Smoothies!!! And, in the middle of the day I had Alissa's Enchaladas in my brand new DEHYDRATOR!!!! It really filled me up!!! And, what a difference it made! My other one had a whole in the middle and so everything I made came out circular. This way I can spread it out and it made things so much easier! Now, I just have to work on getting my Vitamix...but for now, I guess I'll keep using my El-Cheap-O... ...

    Hey you guys!!!

    Guess what! My best friend bought me a Five Tray Excalibur Dehydrator!!! YEA!!!!!! (Jumps for JOY!!!) She got it at the Pro Bass Shop for $116.00!!!!! I'm so excited! I can't wait to make Alissa's Enchaladas with no hole in the middle!!!! (My El-Cheap-O Dehydrator had a hole!!!)

    I'm finding more and more people who are eating this way!!! It's so exciting! I have support here as well as with my friends who are excited about the RAW ...
