@ loveleahannah: LOL!!!!! Oh I just can't LIVE without my Cacao!!!! Gots to have it!!! I make Brownies with it and add some to my Almond Milk...Love it!

@ bananna: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Oh, I totally will try this dressing today!!!!! ...I'm so excited to try something new! HUGS!!!!!!!

@ bonzer: AAAAAHHHH!!!! You're so sweet! :) I am very happy right now! Yea, oil gets old every now and again. I can't wait to try bananna's dressing! I'm definitely gonna do it today!!! :)

@ whoa-raw: It's funny...Alissa said in her book that eventually a person would get to the point where they would not want the big Raw meals, but I still love them! I want simplicity in my head, but because I make these big Raw meals for others, I guess it makes me gravitate to them. But, I'm hoping that by trying to eat more simply I will break through my plateau... Stay tuned! :)

I know what you mean, simple is simply good. I noticed that when I do eat simple, i enjoy the simple splurge of juicy water in fruits and veggies which I have grown to really appreciate over time and time again. Enjoy the simplicity!! :)

Love your new 'you' picture. You look so radient and happy.
I also struggle some times with dressings. Tried so many with oil and honey. But I like different ones. Love banana's dressing recipe though!!

    Hey Renee!
Try this dressing: 1 banana, A handful of strawberries, A small handful of pecans (or walnuts but pecans are better) and a few dates...blend.

It's the BOMB!! ...over straight greens...don't gross it up with tomatoes or something, lol. Seriously though, it's almost like a banana split or something...and just enough nuts to satisfy but not too much!

They are sooo good. I think i am like the only person who has gained weight on the raw food diet. I ate too many nuts and avacado. lol. FAIL.

How much do you have to portion with raw coaco? I have been tempted to try recipies but dont wanna blow up likea baloon over it.

Sounds like you have a good plan!!!

Thanks!!!! Avacado "instead of" Nuts.... hummmm.... Yea, that's my problem! It's been in *ADDITION* to!!!! LOL!!!!! I like that idea of once a day. That way I can look forward to eating them at a certain time and not dwell on it. Nuts have just taken over my mind and made me NUTS!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck with this Renee - sounds like you've thought it all out. I love eating nuts, and have kind of got around this by only eating them once a day (at dinner time). One thing that occurred to me while I was reading your post was that I sometimes have half an avocado instead of nuts at dinner time. And kale chips are my snack of choice :-)
