  1. March 16th

Didn't get a chance to blog yesterday, but I am happy to say I was raw all day ALMOST- a had a couple of organic triscuit-like crackers w/a small slice of cheese. I am trying really hard, but by the time I get home from work, I am hungry, so I screw up. Other than that, I was perfect. I had a baby coconut for dinner. And here is the good news...

    I have lost 1 pound!!!

I think I am going to refrain from journaling what I ate every day. But I will say that the last two ...

  2. Day 3-March 14th

So I became extremely hungry at work-not enough food packed today and ate a health valley crumbly granola bar. I was still hungry a couple of hours later, and had literally 10 minutes at home before I had to go to my other office to meet with a client. Well, I ate several wheat crackers with organic raw goat cheese slices. I feel pretty bad about myself on an emotional level, but I am trying to not be too hard. This time, I am packing a lot of food. Here is what I have prepared for tomorrow: ...

  4. March 12th-1st raw day

So, I was really good today-ate everything I said I would. I only screwed up once-eating an organic wheat cracker with some raw goat cheese. Oops. But other than that, I was a good girl.

I did have issues with the nut dishes, feeling a little nauseous after eating the mock salmon pate. So, I am going to go pretty easy on the nut dishes. Really, I am happiest with fruit all day, and a nice soup and salad for lunch. Still haven't figured out dinner, though!!! My feeling is that the ...

  5. Nut disgust

Well, here I am 1/4 way through my first day 100% raw!!! I don't know what it is, but I feel nauseated by the heavy nut dishes-ie; date nut torte, fettucini alfredo, mock salmon pate. It's really hard for me to eat those. I can't remember what the next several recipes are for the week, but I think I better make those, and if there are any more heavy nuts spreads, I'll skip. I feel like my body is telling me not to eat them??? They're flavorful enough, but I have trouble getting them down after a ...
