    Damzlfly - when you make your trail mixes - do you soak all your nuts and goji berries and stuff before you mix them together? I want to make a trail mix - but the thought of soaking all those nuts -- and all the dried fruit - and then having to dry it all out again so it's not too moist - sounds like an awful lot of work!!

    LOL! Congratulations!!! Though folks generally pounce on others for mixing any set program up, I'd suggest doing the apple juice if your tummy can't handle orange. You know what your body needs and if OJ seems to acidic for you right now, you're probably right. Best!

    Hi Starfire - I read the you should drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces. So for me, at 116 to start = 56 oz and I rounded up to 60. When I reach 110, I will drop a glass. And yes i know addiction is going to be the hardest thing to break....but we shall see. I've heard day 3 is usually the day the hunger goes. thank god lol.

    Remember one thing Damzlfly (which I'm sure you already know) those of us with 'food issues', the MC can help us to cleanse the junk out down to the cellular level - but the 'cravings' those are in our emotions - and in our head. I used the MC to help cleanse from cigarettes - I think having the gunk out - helped some with the cravings - but -- I also had a lot of internal emotional work to do. Blessings!!

    I also did the MC - it was awesome. I was wondering - are you only allowing yourself a certain amount of the MC drink? I may have been doing it wrong - but I drank a LOT of that stuff through out the day - and found that I had absolutley no craving for food - it was wierd. (but good!) I also used mostly the tea rather than the SWF - timing wise - there was just no way I could do it with my AM work out - and still get to work on time! Good luck!

    [FONT="Comic Sans MS"][COLOR="Sienna"][I]Hi Damzlfly,
    Congratulations on completing day one. Take extra dehydrated zucchini and sweet potatoes in case your girlfriends want to try them. You might end up getting them interested in raw foods. Wouldn’t that be great?!?!?!
