    ooo!! Where's the marathon and how far will you be running? (and when??) I am so impressed! I used to run eons ago in high school and college. I used to love the sport. It will be really interesting to follow your progress as you're training and then eventually doing the marathon -- while living the Raw Lifestyle! Thank you for sharing this with us!

    i noticed that last night as well, sleeping well, but stirring awake and feeling well rested, it happened several times. i thought about getting up and doing something before i looked at the clock and it was only 12:30, LOL. on thegardendiet.com Storm talks about not needing as much sleep being raw, how exciting, i can finally get all those "projects" done, ha ha ha...keep rawkin'!
