    Summer is basically almost here again and yay!!!!!

    Trying to get back into shape again and I came up with a routine that works for me, finally!

    It's a monthly thing and it looks something like this.

    week 1-3: strength training 2x, specfic spot toners 3x, cardio 1x, rest 1x

    week 4: (variety) cardio 5x, yoga 1x, rest 1x

    That's it, my goal was to come up with a routine that goes with who I am and something that can stick with

    Wow!!!!! I mean WOW!!!! SO WOWEEEEEE!!

    I'm being silly!!

    I developed a new organization for my recipes I used all the time or just loooooove!!
    This is more modern way of doing it without having to use the technology. I like hard copies.....
    Instead of having to go through a book of trying to find my favs, which I forget about eventually by having to do this.

  3. 5-7-13

    I had my annual doctor appointment to follow up on my blood work and such. Perfect T4 & T3 levels. Woohooo. :)

    The very best was my dr saying that I know my body. If eating Raw works for me then stick with it. Just make sure to occasionally ad some supplements to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

    Still shopping for my vitamix. Should I be looming for a 5200 or 1732?

    Any ideas? What do you use? Thanks guys! (((hugs)))

  4. Back On Track

    After giving in to cooked foods last month, I'm back on track this month. Cooked food is so addictive! I went on a cooked food binge...and I didn't feel great afterwards.

    Today for breakfast and lunch I had watermelon and cantaloupe. For dinner, I'll have either a green smoothie or a salad.

    My goal weight is 175 lbs, so I have a long way to go before I reach my goal weight.

    Hello, hello, hello to everyone!!!!

    I missed it here!!! Been busy, busy, busy!!!!

    Thought I blog my thoughts here for a bit.

    Still staying strong on raw and still have my cheat days soooooo here and there. But it's never really worth cheating. So my cheat days are getting very scarce to a point of becoming extinct.
