I just use my vitamix, a food processor would likely work as well. Just take a bunch of frozen banana's and bllllleeeeeennnnndddd them to creamyness. A touch of vanilla tastes good if you like to use vanilla!

I use my blender. Frozen bananas (let them set out on the counter about 10 minutes) -- break into pieces --- use the "S" blade in the food processor and blend. It is noisy and "choppy" at first, but it smooths out.
I've added walnuts or pecans --sometimes strawberries right at the end and pulse chop them in.
Yummy

Use the food processor. Soooo easy!
There are recipes here.

My hubby bought me an awesome Cuisinart ice cream maker for V-day and whipped up some delicious vanilla cashew ice cream. There are some really great recipes floating around, so if you have an ice cream maker left over from the SAD days (if there were any), you can definitely put it to use.

I made some awesome ice cream the other day. It was called Zinc Ice Cream and very delicious. It is made with pumpkins seeds. It is in a recipe book that I have. I won't post the recipe, but you can PM me for it. The thing is - is that I made it in the food processor! Very creamy. I even made some strawberry sauce to go on it...... Hmmmm... guess I will be finishing that off for desert tonight!
