I am not sure what juices you can make ahead of time and put in a container for later in the day and what juiced fruits/vegetables you have to drink right away. I know some will start to spoil sooner than others. Thanks for the info!

My understanding is the fresh juice loses it's vitamins and minerals very quickly so it's best to have it immediately after juicing. But, I just read about a raw person who juices wheat grass and then freezes it right away in one ounce ice cube trays for later on. Not a bad idea.

The fresher the better. IF you can store them in an airtight container. I squeeze lemon or lime and they are good till the 3rd day. Cucumber juice doesn't last very long at all. If you can't juice everyday do the best you can. old nutrients are better than no nutrients.
