I have a friend who suffers from severe migraines -she had IV drip therapy -but it only worked for a while. She also suffers from depression (has for years) and was taking Paxil and it's no longer working. I would love to tell her about the benefits of Raw foods, but I don't have experience with these particular issues. I would like to approach her about it with some success stories that people here have had.

She is very health concious and tries to eat healthy. She also does Pilates etc. so I think she would be open to the idea.

Any good experiences would be appreciated.

I suffered from depression for most of my life. When I went 100% ORGANIC raw, I was very happy, "high" & euphoric. When I eat non organic foods, some of the depression returns, although it is better than when on SAD. This week, I bought a small crate of non-organic clementines accidentally and had depression today shortly after eating them and again tonight after eating them. It is the only thing I am eating that is non organic. I would suggest 100% ORGANIC raw. It makes the difference to me.
