For those who are high raw, how do you count your 20% not raw ? by calories or quantity ?

whenever i am "high raw" I count it by quantity. I never thought about the calorie point of view. that makes sense, but it's too much work for mee little brain....sort of-just too lazy, I guess.

I always assumed that when people described themselfs as "high raw" they were primarily raw but did not force themselfes to be too strict and did not beat themselfs up if they ate something cooked. I did not think that they calculated anything.

I always used quantity also. I must be lazy too. :D
The foods in my diet that aren't currently raw would be, drinks such as coffee and I had though the wine I drink, but I just read in Alicia's book that it is raw. I gave up diet sodas several weeks ago and replaced them with green tea. I have been upping my water intake and am looking to replace my coffee with tea as well. On the rare occassion I have had non raw dips, but am increasing my recipe knowledge to change those over as well. :)
So, Im getting there! I have been vegan for sometime so just subsituting everything over to raw. Hopefully detox won't be too bad. So far so good.
