I made this up yesterday and it hit the spot that I had it for breakfast and dinner!
I haven't seen it before, so if it's someone's recipe, please let me know!! :)
I'm going to make this for breakfast again as soon as I can and I'll post a picture of it when I do.
Take an apple, banana, walnuts (or your nut of choice) chop it all up in a bowl, add honey or agave and sprinkle cinnamon on it.
It hit the spot and my 3 (almost 4) year old loved it.

would you post yours if it's different? Joz

Oh, no. It's not the one Walkin posted.
I got the idea from her though.
I will post a picture of mine as soon as I can.
It's apples, bananas, walnuts, honey and cinnamon all mixed up.

Awesome: Looks like a granola. I'm gonna make it this way.
I always presented it as Walkin on Water did and I don't want to eat it as it gets messed up! the things we do do EAT?
and the bananas and cashews have such a mild combination. Yum Joz

WOW! That sure does look good!! I can use some of that loving pretty looking good food in me!! Thank you very much for sharing vegggeeemom! And no need to apologize for the lack of presentation. It is already calling out to me! Imagine if you had presented it in a 'better' way.... you would then have to come down all the way here and 'apologize' to me in person :p

Oh darn, no bananas. I will be getting some today. I have had a really acidy belly the past two mornings when I woke up, but I think it is because I have "snitched" some sad foods, but this looks so appetizing!!!!
This looks SO good and I am VERY glad you posted your picture. I am definetely going to be making this today!

I am sitting here eating this now.... Oh, it is the best thing. I added a teenie tiny dash of cardamom to mine and it perked up the spice a bit. I have a feeling I will be eating this A LOT during this next 30-day challenge!
Pam..... keep making up good ideas. Between you and SamuelWilson I just have tons of great food ideas! You are such an inspiration, Pam!

Wow, Pam, thanks so much; this is SOOOOOOOOOO delicious!! I added some raw coconut to mine and am TOTALLY addicted :p I'm new at this and "STILL" waiting for Alissa's book AND DVD's (tapping foot) to get more scrumptious recipes, but in the meantime, have been looking for some and this one definitely tops the list!! Thanks so much!!

I did mine but I added some raisins to it.
I think I may have added a little too much honey! :p And the apple I used was gettin' old. I got some brand new apples today, though. I'm going to make this later. It was good.
