raspberry pie/oatmeal raisin cookies

Hi,
I found a recipe last week or so on this forum for Raspberry Pie - well, I made it yesterday for my boyfriend for supper - it was sooo good. Thank you to who posted it!

I made a little tweaks - the crust was made with walnuts, pecans, raisins, dates, and water; the filling was made with bananas and frozen mixed berries.
WOW it was good!

What I found, though, was that the crust tastes exactly like oatmeal raisin cookies! Next time I feel like cookies, I'm def. making this crust recipe but with lots of cinnamon...

This recipe is so easy I think I'm going to make it this weekend again (there's only a tiny bit left). I have the leftovers in the freezer and I just let it thaw out for 15 minutes or so before eating it - YUM

Yummy! sounds sort of like Alissa's blueberry pie only with raspberries.

spockafina, you can also grind some raw oats and mix them into that "crust/oatmeal raisin cookie" recipe.
