Does anyone know of any tips for speedy alkalizing?
I mean, aside from eating high raw, etc...
I'm drinking diluted lemon juice twice a day, as of yesterday. Should I drink more? :)

Favour foods which are particularly high in alkaline minerals - this means dark green leafies, sea vegetables, some root vegetables etc. Sprouted seeds are also a good source of minerals, though less mineral-dense than mature vegetables.

Relatively-speaking, fruit is not particularly alkalizing in the sense that it is high in fructose (sugar) and lower than vegetables in mineral content. Of coruse, fruit is high in beneficial phytochemicals and vitamins, but if alkalizing is your primary aim in the short term, then you should definitely derive the bulk of your diet from the vegetable side of the equation. Also, you might care to consider a walter ionizer, which seperates the acid minerals from the alkaline minerals in tap water, and gives you the option to therefore drink alkaline water with very few acid minerals present.
