Hi y'all~
Just wanted to share this breakfast Idea, if you are a traditional oatmeal kinda food lover (like me). THis was really good.
soak these the night before, with almonds separate from the other stuff:
1/2 cup raw, hulled buckwheat
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup almonds, for almond mylk
in morning, blend the almonds with about 1/2 a pitcher full of water in the vitamix and strain the pulp.
Then blend the buckwheat, raisins and sunflower seeds together with cinnimon and vanilla, not too much, to leave it with little tiny chunks in it, like oatmeal. WOW!
Then pour almond mylk on top. YUM!
