I made Alissa's Chicken Fingers last night. They turned out great. I tweaked the recipe a bit, combining it with the Spicy recipe, and I omitted the OJ, but they really are good.

I made the honey mustard sauce and although good, it's awfully sweet.

I wondered if anyone has a good recipe for a nice dipping sauce for the chicken fingers?

I love using any waldorf salad dressing recipe as it's got that sweet tangy thing going. If you need a recipe let me know. I will search mine out.

Also, i was just using Alissa leftover Marinara sauce from the Lasagna recipe and that too would be nice! :p

Raw Food Real World has an amazing recipe for "habanero harissa". It's basically chopped sweet peppers and shallot (I use green onion instead) as well as hot peppers all wilted/concentrated in the dehydrator, and pureed with olive oil, a fresh tomato, sea salt, pepper, etc...

It's totally awesome! It's not insanely hot -- I'm a bit of a hothead, both me and my husband thought it needed more heat, so as long as you can take a bit of hot, don't be scared by the word "habanero." It has an AMAZING flavor. Would be very nice with chicken fingers if you like a little spice in your life.
