since 93 ive been strict vegan . then past 5 years ive been moving closer and closer to raw til 6 months ago i dove in . and without my old dry beans , rice , boiled potatoes and dry roasted peanuts in shell i was having a hard time feeling filled up . but through fasting and trying different foods im now hitting my stride , and one food ive found filling that i wanted to let people know about in case their having same problem is granola . im taking sunseeds , almonds , walnuts , raisins , dry pineapple , dry figs and grinding it in blender til bb sized bits (except pineapple which i grind til fine so it can kind of coat the entire mix and naturally sweeten it) then eating it with spoon out of cereal bowl , i sprinkle cinnamon on it . its all raw , and its filling , and you can eat it around the clock .
