does anyone know which wheatberries (soft vs hard) you would sprout to use for a pastry dough, i.e.in alissa's recipe for hamentashen?
has anyone tried this recipe? purim is coming soon and my very-slowly-getting-into-raw-husband is willing to try the raw version this year. i hope it will be a winner!
