Hello again

Lara here. I've been MIA since July of 05. I'm returning (been lurking for a week or so now) will be starting the 30 day challenge soon as soon as I get Alissa's book and DVD's.
A little about me: I'm 36, a fulltime chiropractor, mother to Isabelle (4 yrs old), wife to Johnny (40 yrs). Johnny manages the business/staffing aspect of my practice. We live in Emeryville, in the East Bay of San Francisco Bay area. We went 80% raw about a year ago, never did the 30 day challenge, lost about 20 lbs, felt better than ever, so of course we stopped :o .
But I'm back, ready to commit to my health, vitality and happiness. I just am a lot happier when I'm raw! (and it wouldn't hurt to lose the last 20 lbs too).
A 3rd Cafe Gratitude just opened up near us in Berkeley, so we've committed to going there for inspiration at least once a week! Their coconut creme pie is to live for!!!
I'll be posting a picture of me soon as my avatar so you'll know me by face as well as words.
I am so happy to be back!!!
ps I'm really enjoying the raising raw kids posts...I need all the help I can get to get Isabelle to eat raw!!!

just wanted to say hello and welcome. i have only been raw a short while but i love this board :)
it must be great to have a raw food place nearby. you will like Alissa's book, there are lots of yummy recipes in there.
