I discovered collards! Wow, I thought they would be like shoe leather and they are wonderful, very buttery!

I filled mine with leftover lasagna from Alissa's book - THE BEST. I then alternated with a wonderful green chive cheese spread and also the remainder of the "layers" called for in the lasagna recipe. I especially like using the marinated courgette from the lasagna recipe - wow!

i used to think kale was the BEST ever. until i discovered........collards!!!!!!! they are now i think the BESTEST EVER EVER!!!! even my carnivore boyfriend will eat them...raw! it is a christmas miracle.
