Well I didn't think I'd find a nut cheese sauce that I liked more than the Rich Cheddar Cheese Sauce posted on this site, but now I have! If you haven't tried this recipe, well it is really delicious. (Page 418)
I modified the recipe a bit according to what I had on hand, no macadamia nuts so I used almonds and cashews, an orange pepper instead of a red one, and less Bragg's. Really a yummy dip!
