I just ordered this program and am excited to start it. They have an extensive forum, but so far I have only met one other person online who is vegan, and no one into raw, of the probably thousands online. Anyway, has anybody here been doing their workouts raw, especially the new "transfirmer series?"

theresaann, if you will post a link I'll look at it. Can't say I will or will not do it with you cause I don't know what it is. Would like to though.

Hi Theressaann!

I don't have the "transfirmer" series and most of my use of "The Firm" was long prior to raw, but I found it to be a VERY effective workout. They said you'd see results in 10 workouts and I'd normally start noticing a difference after 4. The only reason I don't use them now is that I'm a runner, although I'm using one some this month as I'm resting from running.

Good luck to you. Hope it works out.

Best,
Rawmney

Hi Doe~

the link is firmdirect.com

these ARE very effective workouts. Beware, though. Customer service leaves a bit to be desired. good news is that you can find their products in Target stores, I'm told. Also, collagevideo.com sells products from "The Firm". I'm still waiting for my order....

I got tired of waiting for the darn thing to get delivered so I went and bought it at Target today. I'm starting tomorrow-it looks like a good, solid workout program and their "transfirmer" contraption is a really cool invention. Can't wait to start!

I'm real into Cathe Friedrich right now, but when I regularly did The Firm, I had a very hard tushie. To quote my sister "You could crack walnuts with that." :)

I'm curious to hear how your results on raw are. I was just low fat vegan when I worked out with them.

I used it for the first time today-very good workout! I like it. I did it with no weights which gives me something to work up to. I can see why you got a "butt to crack walnuts on"-heehee. It IS an effective backside builder, that's for sure, which is good, because my "J-Lo butt" is now just a "Lo butt.." ;)
