Thank you sooo much to whomever said that I could put Avacado "in" my smoothie. I tried avacado a year ago on my salad... and it wasn't tooo bad, or tooo great... but one day I ate just avacado right out of the skin and got VERY queezy afterwards.

So after someone here mentioned putting it in my smoothie, WOWEEEE... it makes the smoothie just fabulous. It's creamy, smooth.. and divine!!!!

Today's was comprised of:
1 banana
1/2 apple
3-4 inner romain leaves
lots of costco organic greens
1/2 avacado
1 tbsp flax seed
2 celery stalks

I think that was it... but it was sOOOOO good.

you can make a green smoothie with non-sweet fruits, such as avocado and tomato, then some celery leaves, lemon juice, some type of pepper if you're not allergic ( i am), sea salt and your leafy greens, of course. like a V-8 - let's call it a V-10!
