Just tried the rosemary crackers at Pure Food/Wine. I really liked them. Does anyone know how to make them?
I believe that recipe is in their book. My copy of it is out on loan, but maybe someone else can PM you the recipe?

Hi Kris,
I looked in Matthew and Sarma's book and I didn't see the recipe!
It sounds great though, if you find it, please let me know!
Thanks,
Pansy :)
Oh drat, sorry...maybe I was thinking of a different recipe in another book. Two of my favorite un-cook books have been loaned out for all together too long (Renee Underkoffler's as well...grr!), and I can't wait to have them back!
I'll have a look around and see if I can remember where I saw that recipe...

thanks for looking guys! I usually avoid raw crackers - most are made of flax seeds which I don't enjoy. But PFW had samples out on Saturday and they were soooo good! Tasted light and crisp with the texture of a real baked cracker and a hint of rosemary...yummmmyyy.

Sarma and Matthew haven't shared this recipe. I love those crackers too. I bought some crackers this weekend at Matthew's new place in Brooklyn, The Plant, which were good but not as good as the rosemary crackers. Sarma says they take 4 days to make. i know what you mean about the flax crackers - too flax-y tasting.

4 DAYS to make crackers!! Next time I'm at PFW, I'll try to get some info from the staff and see if I can recreate them somehow.
Suzy, How did you like the Plant? Is it big? I went to BlueGreen in Soho. I had the coco noodle salad and raspberry cacao ice cream. Both were good!
