I need salad dressing recipies

I'm going to dinner with my family and aunt and uncle tomorrow. We're going to the Outback Steakhouse. I'm planning on ordering a salad, but ran out of the last salad dressing I made (the only one I know how to make). Can anyone give me any quick easy recipies for salad dressing? It would be very much appreciated!

1. Blend pine nuts, basil and olive oil.
2. Olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and chilli.

Creamy Citrus Dressing

1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lime juice
1 handful cilantro
1 green onion, white and 1 inch of green, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped shallot
1/2 small jalapeno
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper

Blend all the ingredients (accept the oil and the pepper). While the blender is still running, slowly pour in the olive oil for a thick, creamy consistency. Season to taste with pepper.
