Pizza party!!!!

We did a class for 7 yesterday (all hands on) then last night a dinner for 22. It was a long looooong day. People were so happy and just loved the food. We did 6 types of pizza, a huge salad with three dressings, pumpkin pie from mamey sapoty, lemon poppy seed cake, and a new cake I just created we call Chocolate Carmel Divine (Mmmmmmmm). Oh and chocolate ice cream. pina coladao ice cream, pineapple sorbet and vanilla ice cream. What was the absolute coolest part was at the end sitting there smiling (once guests left), talking about how amazing the day way. People had so much fun they were giggling because they were so happy. Now that's a sign of a successful party!

I'll definitely pop on later and post some pictures. Especially the choc carmel cake. WOW! And the pizza looks BETTER than cooked pizza any day! Gotta love raw!!!!
