Alissas guacamole

i have just made the guacamole in Alissas book. it is so yummy :)
this is the first time i have had avocado and i like it. its one of those things i have seen in the supermarket and yet never bought as i have never known how to use it.
just wanted to say i enjoyed the recipe :)

If you like avos, try Alissa's avocado chutney. It's very good but don't overdo the lemon juice like I did the first time - too sharp is not good. :D

I made this for lunch, and it was ok, but I wasn't wowed. Does anyone have a slightly different guacamole recipe, that has maybe a bit more flavor?

I use a very simple recipie that is pretty zippy! I mix the avacado with some minced onion, a raw spice mix like Mrs. Dash that I get from.. Lydia's Organics I think, and some cayenne pepper. It's simple but I love it. Just spice to taste. I hope that helps!
