kale chips

Does anyone have a recipe for kale chips?

Anybody else? I always like to have a few different recipes on hand bc it helps with tweaking.

This recipe was posted on another thread ... can't find it .. so here it is


2 large bunches of kale. (I used dino kale), rinse and remove stems.
Tear or cut into large bite sized pieces.

1T raw apple cider vinegar
1tsp celtic salt
3 T olive oil

Mix ingredients WELL. I mix them before I start preparing the Kale so the salt has plenty of time to dissolve.

Mix oil/vinegar/salt mixture into prepared by hand. Massage it in until all the pieces are covered.

Dehydrate overnight.

I just took my Kale, dumped some olive oil on it, a few sprays of braggs, mixed it up and let it sit for a little bit before dehydrating it till I couldn't wait any longer *lol* They did not taste like potato chips, but.. I did like 'em!
