Does anyone have a recipe for Biscotti to share? I miss those. Joz

there's a nice recipe in Raw Food Real World for Cherry Pistachio Biscotti, basically composed of almond flour, date paste, dried cherries, raw pistachios, date sugar (or maple syrup if you use it). Yum! I dried fresh cherries myself and they were awesome!

I've been saying for close to a year I have to play around and invent more biscotti recipes but still haven't done it. So I'd also love any recipes!

i know on greenchefs.tv there is a recipe for a chocolate biscotti...never tried it though and i think it uses almond flour too.
