I am going to be preparing both this weekend. Do you keep these in the fridge or can they be stored in the cabinet? Thanks. Toya

Can anyone please let me know how to store dehydrated bread and granola?

I store breads in the fridge in a ziploc bag or you can use an airtight container. As for my grawnolas, I usually keep those in a ziploc bag as well, but not refrigerated. Usually doesn't last long around here, though!

For me it depends on how moist something is. If there is any water left it will go mouldy left unrefridgerated. For crackers/tomatoes etc that are really crisp and dry they can last months (never do - we eat them) in a sealed container in the cupboard. If something still has any moisture in it you need to keep it cool.

Cheers,
Sheryl
