Ok, this is a weird coincidence. This is my 2nd week raw and I've been averaging about a .5 a day in weight loss. Not going to gym, trying to be real easy on myself as I detox. Starting weight: 195.6
Then I decided to start back up with my gym on Wednesday. I went both Wednesday and Thursday. Cardio, no weight training. And I weigh the exact same weight as I did Wednesday morning. Right around 189.
Now, in my mind, I understand that cardio and weight will make you burn more calories both during and after the workout. But now I'm thinking it had something to do with this small plateau. Or is it just such a coincidence that I'm fooling myself?
Little background: Even though I am overweight, I am solid. I have very big and strong legs. I have been a dancer all my life. I've always weighed more than I look I weigh. Could my legs just be bulking up from cardio?
Anyone ever have this happen?
