Avocado Recipes

I think I'm addicted to Avocado's. I enjoy them mashed up with fresh salsa, made into dressing with tahini, & lemon juice. My new favorite thing is Avocado chocolate pudding. I make it by putting 2 avocados, 2 tablespoons of carob powder, and raw honey into my Vitamix. Sometimes I add sliced banana to the pudding. yum! Does anyone else have avocado recipes to share?

how much of each ingredient??

Wonder if carob syrup will work the same.

I like to have them with some seasalt, pepper, paprika, granulated garlic and just eat out of the skin.
Yumm....having my second avocado today. Think you can have too many in one day? hope I don't have problems, but I craved it, so lets see.
