Could someone please help me by letting me know which raw foods are low in sodium and calcium?

I would assume most fruits and veggies.....they are most all alkaline. Celery has some good organic salts our bodies need.

If you do a google search i am sure you will find lists of foods or charts.

Might I ask why you are looking for foods low in sodium and calcium? It is somewhat difficult to answer, since what makes foods alkalizing is their levels of sodium and calcium!! :)

Fruit is very low in both sodium and calcium though. It isn't very alkalizing though.

I think asparagus is one of the most alkaline foods of all. ;)
