I ordered this book, so I should get in a few days...not sure if it is covered in it.
Everyday I order lunch from chain restaurants. Is there a list that shows what I can order?

Thanks so much

What I do is make and bring my own healthy, raw dressing and some things I like on my salad (tomato, avocado, etc.) and then just order a PLAIN salad (ie: no dairy/cheese, no croutons, no dressing). You can vary your salad every day by bringing different dressings and "add-ins". I'm not aware of much else available at chain restaurants that would be acceptable.

Good luck!

Hi, & welcome... Samuel Wilson gave a great tip when traveling about going into Subway & ordering salads w/only the Raw veggies...no pickles-they are not raw...& using lemon juice as a dressing.

I carry w/ me in my purse a small glass "spice jar" where I mix up a little Nama Shoya w/lemon juice & olive oil. so I basically "smuggle" my own salad dressing in.

If you're at McDonalds or Burger King & the salads are already made...just remove the non raw things...like cheese, etc.

I would stay away from KFC, because there is nothing in there that is Raw. Hope these ideas help. :)

PS. I also carry some nuts in a "baggie" in my purse to put on the salad

The book has a lot my hints...You will love it...get the DVD if you did not order already...it is just great. :)

I would pretty much say you are looking at a salad and to bring your own dressing. You might as well bring your own lunch. When I bring my own lunch, it is usually a grapefruit and an avocado.
