Any Raw Valentine Meal Pictures?

I just looked at Sharon in Colorado's picture of Strawberry soup and think I'll make that for our Valentine dinner. Anyone else have pictures for Valentine ideas??? (I'm also planning on making a chocolate cake so I'm looking for more non-sweet dishes)

the Strawberry Soup sounds delish and red. I read somewhere to add a little beet juice to make it more red?
