raw body builder/ power lifter about more intake of proteins,( then the average person takes in, which I know we get with vegetables, fruits and nuts), I also know about using hemp seeds and hemp powder, which I've used. What about vitamins and such : Saw palmetto, L-arginine, whey,(this I still need to research about it along with creatine). My trainer is giving my some grief about not getting enough to increase muscle growth and to bulk up.
Also if you any pictures of your body scuplting results for being raw while doing it would help as well thanks :)

I saw a photo of Rawfigure on one of the featured pictures on this website. She definately looks like a bodybuilder. She looks great. I would go to the member list and look for Rawfigure.

misslinda - I went to stephen arlin website and scaned through it, it's has some good infomation, thanks :)

Karenisraw - I went to rawfigure public view page, but she does not have any link to get to her photo's or journal. So I tried to goto the members list - no luck so- I'm not giving up just gotta find it a different way or just ask her,( duh?) :rolleyes: thanks for the tip.
